I know it may sound cliché but I cannot stress enough how important location is when it comes to investing in Toronto or anywhere for that matter. In Toronto (like most places) you can be on one of the most prestigious streets around and once you turn the corner you could be in front of a less desirable part of the neighbourhood. In this video, I go into detail about some of the main reasons why you want to invest in the Toronto Beaches and it’s surrounding area.
