Toronto Beach House Full of Asbestos – Episode #211

Here we are in the Toronto Beach Triangle where the new owners are about to take on a massive renovation.  The plan is to create either a duplex or a triplex with one of the units to be the owner’s suite.

Watch as we discuss the renovation budget, floor plans, and some of the challenges already faced before they start renovating.  The house has a lot of Asbestos and is going to require specialists to remove it all.  This was only discovered after taking samples from several different spots around the house.
