Lifting a House and Creating a Triplex – Episode #209

In this episode, I have Lukasz who is about to create a legal triplex in Toronto. This house currently does not have a basement. What Lukasz plans on doing is lifting the house up, digging out a new basement, and then putting the house down again on the new foundation. This is going to be an incredible project to see.
