Life in the Leslieville Lofts – Episode #35

Lofts typically draw in young urban professionals working in the city. The design of a loft is not designed like your average condo or family home. What makes living in a loft so unique is its design. Design traits like exposed ductwork, rod iron stair railings, exposed brickwork, polished concrete floors, high ceilings and flat modern cabinetry all make living in a loft the “hip” place for potential renters who can afford higher than average rents.

I encourage all real estate investors to take ideas from these lofty designs and incorporate them in your next renovation project. You’ll be sure to see premium rents come in the door because of it.
