4. This house was designed with an open concept layout and each unit has two large bedrooms and ensuite laundry.

5. This house was furnished to generate much more rental income at $12,000 / month.

6. This house produces more than $4,000 / month of cash flow!!

This strategy is getting more traction and it works well…especially in Toronto.
