Why do people wait to take action? Are you the type of person that only wants to buy a great “deal”? Well you will likely wait a really long time to find it. Why not create the “deal” by using a little creativity and perhaps even changing the use of the property. You don’t need to wait forever to find a “deal” in order to do well in real estate. If you buy at market value and use a little creativity and work hard at it you will do very well in 5-10 years.

The Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) organized a bus tour with 5 bus loads of about 250 sophisticated investors. We visited some of Ontario’s Top Investment Towns. One of the area’s we visited happened to be The Toronto Beaches. Don R. Campbell, the President of REIN, explains why we toured this area. The purpose of this tour was to show investors the potential cash flow this area can actually offer, the massive development that is happening, and the solid economic fundamentals in this area.
